As part of the Information Services department at Entripy, my responsibilities included web and mobile applications in continuous improvement, conducting tests to find user pain points and redesign features, and contributing to create internal web applications.

  • Conducted user research by observing and analyzing customer events on Fullstory and Google Analytics
  • Redesigned Customer Proof Dashboard and Review Studio on Entripy.com, reducing bad reviews of Entripy's proofing process
  • Created Credits view and Re-Order process on Entripy.com, increasing repeat customer purchase on the platform
  • Redesigned Design Studio on Entripy.com to support designing multiple products at one time
  • ​Redesigned Rebate Management process on Entripyshops.com to​ allow the customer to understand their rebate better.
  • Redesigned Checkout process on zipmerch.entripyshirts.com
  • Created 2 new internal web applicants using ASP.NET core framework by creating scenarios, prototypes through to final visual designs
  • Created app.slaite.ca website using Bootstrap framework by conducting competitor analysis and creating scenarios, storyboards, prototypes, and mockups through to final visual designs
